Vika Khomenko
Vika Khomenko studied Journalism at the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy. She began producing films in 2017, first as a line producer of short films. Her feature debut as a producer was the coming-of-age drama STOP-ZEMLIA (dir. Kateryna Gornostai), awarded the Crystal Bear of the Youth Jury Generation 14+ at Berlinale 2021. Now she is co-developing her second fiction project ANTONIVKA (dir. Kateryna Gornostai), awarded ARTEKino International Prize at CineLink 2023; TFL Production Award and Green Filming Award at Torino Feature Lab 2024. She co-produced the Oscar-nominated A HOUSE MADE OF SPLINTERS (dir. Simon Lereng Walmont) and two short films in the short art-film anthology DANCE + CITY, co-produced with LRT, ARTE France, and partners from Latvia, Estonia, Ukraine, and France. Since 2015, she has been part of Docudays UA IHRDFF, where she now coordinates the DOCU/PRO industry platform.
